2026 – World?

Updated: Apr 30

These days, many people are wondering what 2026 holds in store for them. Furthermore, the specter of an imminent World War III is wafting through the international media. Moreover, images of melting glaciers and diminishing ice formations at both of the world's poles are haunting the TV screens and pages of the press. Climate change, the culprit behind this, is spelling the end for the "Blue Planet," or so the voices from those quarters claim. Both of these perspectives on the world fuel fear, and with it, a paralysis of the capacity for action, both within society at large and within each of us individually. A person gripped by fear contracts inwardly; they may even curl up into a ball in an attempt to protect themselves. Under such conditions, any action taken – if any is taken at all – is likely born solely of panic in the face of impending disaster. In this article, I would like to outline a different possible path for the future, one that fosters growth.

2026 – we are free to replace fear-inducing structures with courage and positivity.

I am firmly convinced that both negative scenarios along with their associated consequences are unfounded. Furthermore, I venture to predict that a peace settlement in the Ukraine war will be reached very soon. In this conflict, both global powers are moving toward one another and engaging in negotiations; the results of these efforts should soon become apparent. Crucially, we must proceed from a positive mindset, thereby sending positive, solution-oriented energy out into the universe so that constructive paths toward peace, and for the post-conflict era, can be found that are satisfactory to both parties involved. After all, faith in the good is known to move mountains! :D To achieve this, however, one requires a stance of deep conviction one that remains firmly and solidly grounded. :)

2026 – The Year of the Fire Horse

I believe we should give the major fears in our lives as little room as necessary. Let us look forward to the dawning new year, with all its opportunities and possibilities that enable growth and greatness. According to the Chinese horoscope, 2026 is the Year of the Fire Horse. According to Google, the Year of the Fire Horse stands for rapid change, immense energy, and new beginnings characterized by courage, creativity, and a yearning for freedom, though also by impulsiveness. It is a year to shed old patterns, forge new paths, open one’s heart, and act out of passion rather than fear. It promises to be an eventful year, full of dynamism, in which decisions should be made from the heart in order to find one’s flow and experience abundance. <3

My invitation is to embrace these astrologically grounded attitudes and see what unfolds. Sometimes, it takes the courage of a first step to fully seize an emerging opportunity and take action. Why not give it a try and surrender to the flow of the new year, 2026?

Here is a video report from Bayerischer Rundfunk, dating from 2025, on this topic—one that casts a more unsettling light on time and the world:

What is happening in nature?

As one wanders through the flora and fauna these days, one can observe in Germany how nature, driven by changing weather patterns, is seeking out new pathways for growth. In doing so, it is increasingly forming new, so-called "niches" in order to continue evolving within a new and altered environment. When I observe these phenomena under the open sky, I am convinced that such behavior on the part of nature can lead to new opportunities for development in other regions of the world as well rather than to the demise of the natural world. :D

Conclusion

I believe the greatest scourge of the 21st century is an increasingly pervasive negative mindset one that allows people to speak ill of the world, and indeed, leads them to do so. Let us instead strive to grow through the challenges of this century, to identify new paths toward growth and prosperity, and to walk them. This would undoubtedly benefit our blue planet and the life upon it – as well as ourselves. :D
