The street right outside my front door is growing increasingly empty as evening approaches – a phenomenon I have witnessed year after year ever since I moved into my apartment in Aschaffenburg in January 2014. It is a palpable sign that the year is drawing to a close. Christmas is just around the corner – followed a week later by New Year’s Eve. Then, the door to the new year, 2026, will open.

2025 and 2026
I enter the new year with great anticipation. What developments both personal and within my wider environment are taking shape? In 2025, I was able to successfully advance my artistic career path in a way that truly aligned with my vision. This website went live in January 2025. Since then, in addition to the Fornos, two new art formats the Vis-mades and the Sweaties have become available for purchase in my shop. I currently offer a total of 30 Sweaties as digital downloads; these can subsequently be printed, framed, and integrated into the buyer's living space according to their personal preference. In their original, framed formats, I offer 21 Vis-mades and three Fornos. Orders are shipped via postal service upon receipt of payment. Furthermore, at the beginning of this year, I made 44 Fornos each available in three different sizes available for purchase and download in the L-Art Shop. For these reasons, among others, I look back with satisfaction on my first year with L-Art.

The Roots of L-art
The origins of this new professional path for me lie in my openness toward the world and the people within it. Furthermore, I share a deep love for the world in which we live – a love that I express and pass on through my art. I believe that the essence of the artist's role lies in moving through the world with open eyes and ears – only then can one discover motifs, perspectives, and hidden treasures. The task then becomes transforming these impressions into an appropriate artistic medium. In my case, photography, felt-tip pens, or language serve as the ideal vehicles for this transformation. By adding a personal statement, I am able to create a unique artwork within one of the formats I have established.
Plans for 2026
In the coming year, I plan to set my sights on organizing an exhibition of my artworks, and I intend to pour a great deal of energy into achieving this goal. Some of my initial pieces are currently on display at an Indian restaurant just around the corner from me, as well as at the studio of the photographer who captures my work both located here in Aschaffenburg. Furthermore, the opportunity may arise to continue expanding my body of work with the brush. I truly love this way of proceeding and working. <3
